Assembly & Testing
HSM is committed to total quality. All completed cylinders are fluid tested at operating pressure or to your required specification. Our specialized assembly and test bench accomplishes these tasks in a safe and efficient manner. Resulting performance data is then recorded and attached to the cylinder as our verification of quality assurance. Tests performed at operating pressure of up to 10,000 PSI include:
- Static seal performances (external leakage).
- Dynamic seal performance (internal leakage).
- Mechanical functioning (bearing clearance and alignment).
Maintenance Machining
Our custom machining and reverse engineering capabilities allow us to manufacture or refurbish other parts critical to your operation. We produce many other items that demand cost effective repairs, enhanced lead times or are simply no longer available.
